These Terms govern use of the Studio Tigerwala website and enquiries concerning artworks, photography, films, exhibitions, commissions, and collaborations.

This website is operated by artist Vijay Kumawat under the name Studio Tigerwala from Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan, India. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.
Permitted website use
You may browse the website and share links to its public pages for personal and informational purposes. You must not interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful or misleading material, impersonate another person, scrape the website at scale, or use its services to distribute spam or malicious code.
Intellectual property
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the artworks, photographs, films, text, logos, design, and other original material displayed on this website are owned by or licensed to Vijay Kumawat and Studio Tigerwala and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
Use of artwork and media
Viewing content on this website does not transfer ownership or grant a licence to download, copy, reproduce, print, publish, modify, train a commercial model on, distribute, exhibit, sell, or commercially use any artwork, photograph, film, or other media. Written permission from Studio Tigerwala is required for any use beyond ordinary personal viewing, except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise.
Website information
The studio aims to keep titles, descriptions, dimensions, medium, year, availability, prices, event details, and other information accurate. Images and screen settings may not reproduce the exact colour, texture, scale, or appearance of a physical work. Errors may be corrected and content may be updated without notice.
Enquiries and reservations
Submitting an enquiry does not reserve an artwork, create a purchase, or require either party to proceed. A work is reserved or sold only after the studio confirms availability and the parties agree the final price, payment, delivery, and other applicable terms in writing.
Pricing and taxes
Website prices are generally presented in Indian rupees. Any displayed currency conversion is approximate and may change with exchange rates. The final written quotation will identify the confirmed price and any applicable taxes, packing, framing, insurance, shipping, customs, or other charges.
Payments
Payment instructions are provided directly by the studio after an order is confirmed. Do not submit payment-card details, banking passwords, one-time passwords, or other sensitive financial credentials through the website enquiry form. A payment is considered received only after confirmation by the studio.
Packing, shipping, and delivery
Packing, dispatch method, delivery estimate, insurance, shipping cost, and responsibility for customs or import requirements will be confirmed before purchase. Delivery times are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. The buyer should inspect a delivered package promptly and report visible loss or damage with photographs and supporting information.
Authentication Certificate
Every eligible physical drawing, painting, or photographic print purchased and shipped by Studio Tigerwala is accompanied by an Authentication Certificate corresponding to the purchased work. The certificate is supplied with the physical work and is not issued as a downloadable website document.
Cancellations, returns, and refunds
Any cancellation, return, replacement, or refund terms applicable to a purchase will be stated in the written quotation or order confirmation and remain subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded. Commissioned, personalised, or made-to-order work may be subject to different conditions disclosed before confirmation.
Commissions and collaborations
Commission, exhibition, licensing, and collaboration enquiries are subject to a separate written agreement covering scope, creative direction, fees, deposits, schedule, approvals, delivery, usage rights, credits, and cancellation where relevant.

Responsibility and liability
The website is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties should first attempt to resolve any concern directly and in good faith. Subject to applicable mandatory law, disputes will fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts serving Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan.
Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be revised when the website, studio services, or applicable requirements change. Updated Terms take effect when published with a revised effective date.
